Fellow Ode Brew Grinder Gen 2 is a new and improved version of the popular and much-talked-about Ode coffee grinder, which is designed in an elegant size and offers great value.

The first upgrade to highlight on Fellow Ode Gen. 2 is the improved burrs, which are capable of grinding the coffee beans as fine as 250 microns. In addition, it is equipped with a technology that helps reduce the risk of freshly ground coffee becoming static. This is achieved by reducing retained grounds in the grinder from 1 g to 0.1 g. The third upgrade is a larger and redesigned bean hopper that can hold up to 100 g of coffee beans.  

Fellow Ode is a fantastic grinder with low noise levels, high precision and good user-friendliness. The grinder has 31 grind settings, so you get an incredibly precise grind, which allows you to set the grinder exactly for the brewing method you want to use. The grinder is therefore suitable for AeroPress, French press, drip brew, pour-over, cold brew, Fellow prismo m.m. 

Fellow Ode Gen. 2 includes professional, large 64 mm flat stainless steel burrs that provide consistent grinding at all settings. These new burrs allow you to grind finer. Higher precision gives more control and makes it easier to achieve the expected extraction and flavor of the coffee. Grind size is 250–300 microns and up. Finer grinding yields higher extraction and allows you to brew a more balanced, sweeter coffee with greater body.

The grinder has a single-dose loading, with the bean hopper holding up to 100 g of whole coffee beans.

Fellow Ode has an on/off button on the front of the grinder, and it works by filling the bean hopper with the desired dose of coffee beans, then pressing the on/off button and the grinder will grind the beans until there are none left. It will then automatically turn off.

As an extra smart feature, Fellow has made sure that your ground coffee ends up securely in the container beneath the grinder by adding a magnet under the bottom of the cup so it always sits precisely under the grinder's outlet. The magnet ensures that the container stays in place and is easy to work with. The container is also equipped with designed edges so you can pour your ground coffee out precisely and get a good flow.

Fellow Ode also has a button on the side of the grinder that you press down a couple of times after you have ground your beans. This ensures that you get the last coffee residues into the container.
