When the aromatic green Ceylon flavor and the deep grass-green umami flavor of matcha meet the characteristic mandarin flavor and are rounded with mango, you get a unique tea experience.

The green Ceylon tea used here comes from the unique climate of the UVA region in Sri Lanka. When the monsoon wind from the south and the humidity of the subtropical climate from the north meet in the UVA area of the island, it creates ideal conditions for the tea leaves, which are continually kept free of moisture by the wind. The matcha tea is made from hand-picked Tencha leaves.

The tea bushes are shaded so they are not exposed too strongly to the sun. This brings out the umami flavor in the tea. After drying, the tea leaves are ground on a stone mill into matcha.

With both deep, slightly bitter, and fresh flavor nuances, you should treat yourself to the full taste experience with every sip and also enjoy how the flavor changes with the temperature in the cup.
