Digital thermometer used to achieve the desired brew temperature on your espresso machine, based on the E61 brew head.

Typically, the temperature in the group head on heat-exchanger machines is too high and therefore needs to be "flushes" down in temperature before you brew. Conversely, the temperature in the group head on two-boiler machines is too low, which is why the temperature needs to be "flushes" up.

The term "flushe" means that you brew without coffee in the portafilter and let water flow through the group head until the desired temperature is reached - then the portafilter with ground coffee is inserted and the espresso is brewed.

The thermometer comes with an Allen key for removing the group screw, as well as a small wrench for mounting the thermometer. Battery included.
