The familiar and traditional octagonal design is carried over from Bialetti's classic Moka Express espresso maker. The Moka Induction has an aluminum top to preserve the coffee's aromas. The round base is made of stainless steel — the advantage of this is that it can be used on all types of heat sources, including induction.
Bialetti Moka Induction is a stylish and elegant espresso pot that truly lives up to the proud Italian traditions. The pot's rounded and angular shapes form a striking contrast, and the well-known, iconic Bialetti man is of course printed on the top part of the pot.
Note: Avoid leaving water in the pot after use, as it causes rust.
Important. Before using the induction pot, it is recommended that you test whether it works with your induction hob. This is simply done by placing the pot on the hob WITHOUT coffee or water in it, and feeling whether the pot heats up. Please test this on several of your cooking zones — the pots often work best on zones that match their size.
