Amaretto Cookies
- 3 cl espresso
- 9 cl milk
- 2 cl Amaretto syrup
Pour the espresso into a large cup. Mix the milk and syrup and steam it into a delicious, airy milk foam, e.g. with an automatic milk frother. Pour the milk foam into the espresso and garnish with cocoa, grated chocolate or crushed cookies.
Amaretto Cappuccino
- 15 ml Amaretto syrup
- 120 ml milk
- 2 espresso shots
Steam milk and syrup together, e.g. in an automatic milk frother. Pour the hot milk into a cup and add the espresso. Pour a thin layer of milk foam on top of the drink.
