Delicious recipes with caramel syrup
Caramel Macchiato
- 3 cl espresso
- 2 cl caramel syrup
- 20 cl milk
Mix the milk and syrup and steam it into a delicious, creamy foam, e.g. using an automatic milk frother. Pour the milk foam into a glass and then pour the espresso over. Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa or chocolate.
Banana/Caramel Latte
- 8 ml caramel syrup
- 5 ml banana syrup
- 60 ml milk
- 1 espresso shot
Pour the syrup into a glass. Steam the milk until frothy - e.g. using an automatic milk frother. Pour the milk into the glass with the syrup followed by the espresso.
