A fantastic tea with a good full-bodied flavor and a light malty character. The tea releases its flavor very quickly.

It is wonderful when drunk on its own, but gives any tea blend a boost of strength and flavor. Adding milk to the strong tea works well.

Kenya Pekoe Fannings, from Mabroukie Tea Estate, created using the CTC method.

"CTC" stands for CRUSH - TEAR - CURL. In practice this means that the tea leaves are passed through cylinders that at the same time crush, tear and curl the leaves. The result is a strong tea rolled into small pellets.

Ingredients: Pure African tea from Kenya.
