China Pu-Erh is an aged tea that is very special in flavor. It has an intense and perhaps slightly earthy flavor and a slightly reddish tint in the cup.

Pu-Erh is picked, roasted, sun-dried and steamed, after which a longer fermentation of the tea begins. The process is called wet-piling.

The tea leaves are placed under damp cloth, causing the aroma and flavor to change until the desired result is achieved.

The desired flavor is soft, smooth and characteristically Pu-Erh.

Ingredients: Pure aged Chinese tea.
