The mineral magnesium enhances the flavor in coffee, espresso, tea and cocoa. The filter balances the minerals in the water and gives a lovely crema on the coffee.
The water filter is a simple, hygienic and versatile disposable filter and a filter head, both of which are food approved. The filter head has a legally required non-return valve integrated and you have the option to make a bypass on the filter head. The bypass setting depends on your water hardness and desired final water quality.
The filter fits all Bonamat coffee machines with direct water connection.
