Description
Brewing recipe:
- Use 15-25 g freshly ground coffee per 2.5 dl cup.
- Wet the filter, add the coffee, and pour 94°C freshly boiled water slowly over the coffee in circular motions from the center toward the edge until the desired amount is reached.
- Brew and extraction time is approx. 4 min.
