Brewing instructions:
Use 15–25 g freshly ground coffee per 2.5 dl cup.
Wet the filter, add the coffee, then slowly pour 94°C freshly boiled water over the coffee in circular motions from the center toward the edge until the desired amount is reached.
Brewing and extraction time is approx. 4 minutes.
