The conical kettle is made from mirror-polished stainless steel while the handle, the knob on the lid and the bird are made of nylon. The kettle has a capacity of 2 litres.

Alessi 9093 kettle can be used on all types of cooker - including induction. If it is used on a gas cooker, you should expect the kettle to become discoloured, and this is not covered by the warranty.
