Description
How to backflush your espresso machine
- Insert the blind filter into your portafilter and add 1 Cafiza tablet. Place the portafilter in the machine
- Activate the machine's brew cycle for 10 seconds. Stop for 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times
- Remove the portafilter. Activate the brew cycle and rinse the portafilter under water. Stop the brew cycle
- Put the portafilter back into the machine. Repeat step 2 five times without the Cafiza tablet
- Make and discard a cup of espresso to ensure there are no residues left
