Description
Brewing recipe:
Use 15–25 g freshly ground coffee per 2.5 dl cup.
Wet the filter, add the coffee, and slowly pour 94°C freshly boiled water over the coffee in circular motions between the center and the edge until the desired amount is reached.
Brew and extraction time is approx. 4 min.
