Alessi 9093 kettle is a design icon in itself - a beautiful kettle made of stainless steel with a purple handle. This is a limited edition version.
The 9093 is a truly fantastic kettle, designed by Michael Graves in 1985, and was reinterpreted by Virgil Abloh Securities in 2022. Today the kettle is Alessi's number 1 bestseller with over 2 million units sold!
The conical kettle is made of mirror-polished stainless steel while the handle, the lid knob and the bird are made of PA. The kettle has a capacity of 2 liters.
Alessi 9093 kettle can be used on all types of stovetops - including induction. If used on a gas stove, one should expect that the kettle will become discolored, and this is not covered by the warranty.
Selected by Virgil Abloh for a re-design, the kettle, designed by Michael Graves, is reborn as a new icon. This limited edition kettle blends various cultural aspects: the phenomenon of basketball and its multicultural visual language, an integral part of Abloh's personal history, with the design world and its codified references.
