The kettle is designed by Japanese Naoto Fukasawa and is a perfect combination of form and function. A stylish kettle that transforms the traditional Japanese teapot into a sophisticated modern design icon, allowing you to brew and serve the tea in the same kettle.
Alessi Cha kettle is made of mirror-polished stainless steel and has a magnetic base, which makes it suitable for all heat sources - including induction. The tea infuser can be easily removed if you just need to boil water or for cleaning.
The handle and knob are made of heat-resistant material, so you won't burn your fingers when serving.
Naoto Fukasawa is a Japanese industrial designer who has more than 50 design awards to his name. Fukasawa has bl.a. worked for Seiko-Epson, ID-two and Alessi, and is behind the brand “plus minus zero”, which designs items for the home.
